Returns & Refunds

Eligible items may be returned within the specified return period, provided they meet the conditions outlined in our return policy.

Return Eligibility & Conditions

Items may be returned within 15 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition, including all tags and original packaging.

One free size exchange is available within the same period, subject to product availability and return approval.

All shoes are also covered by a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturing and material defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs for standard returns are the responsibility of the customer and may be deducted from the final refund amount.

Shipping costs for approved size exchanges or damaged items are covered by Nuvaigen.

Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must submit a return request through the dedicated returns section on the website within the eligible return period.

Once the request has been reviewed and approved, return instructions and shipping details will be provided by Customer Care. Returned items should be shipped using the original packaging whenever possible and dropped off at the designated courier point indicated in the return instructions.

If an order arrives visibly damaged, customers should report the issue to the courier at the time of delivery and contact Customer Care as soon as possible.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds are processed through the original payment method used for the purchase.

Approved refunds or exchanges are generally processed within approximately one week from the date the returned item arrives at the warehouse.
