Each NUVAIGEN shoe is crafted from refined materials that improve with time when treated with care. Following these guidelines helps preserve both the aesthetic integrity and the natural performance of silk and suede. Caring for your shoes is part of the experience — a quiet ritual that extends their life and character.

Do not machine wash and avoid the use of aggressive chemical products. 

Always treat the shoe gently and allow materials to dry naturally, away from direct heat or sunlight.

CARE PROCESS

Use a soft brush to remove any superficial dirt.

Gently clean both silk and suede using a slightly damp microfiber cloth.

SILK

Apply a small amount of delicate cleaning foam using the damp microfiber cloth.

SUEDE

Brush gently in one direction. If needed, use a suede eraser to remove marks or scuffs. A small amount of delicate cleaning foam may be applied to the brush if necessary.

Dry the shoe with a clean, dry microfiber cloth.

Allow the shoe to dry in the shade, using shoe trees or paper to maintain its shape. Once dry, brush the suede to restore the nap.
